  If I could give Zero stars I would. So I booked appointments for my fiancé & I last week. Gave all the information. Confirmed via text that we would be coming in for the appointment. Then day of the appointment we each get a phone call from this office inquiring if we knew about our copays. Mmmmm that’s ODD. Never had any physicians office call me to make sure I was informed of my copays. Well I replied yes, it was $10. Employee days NO it’s $29 each because you have to have a retinal imaging completed& it’s required by their office. I replied that I don’t want that. I was not made aware of this when I scheduled the appointment. My insurance considers that an add-on. How can we BOTH get this done and then drive home? 🤔 cmon! I have never had any physicians office attempt to FORCE me into this imaging when I don’t want it. I’ll take my chances somewhere else. They’ll force me into this imaging when I don’t want it. I’ll take my chances somewhere else. They’ll lose out on two paying customers over a sleazy $29 upcharge attempt. To anyone using EyeMed or standard vision insurance: BEWARE. They will tell you this $29 digital retinal photo is "required by their office," which is a flat-out lie to bypass your actual copay. EyeMed fully covers traditional dilation for an eye health check under your standard routine copay. Trying to strong-arm patients into unapproved out-of-pocket add-ons on the day of their appointment—especially when both of us have to drive home right after—is predatory and unprofessional. Zero stars. Take your business to an honest clinic that respects your right to decline elective tests.

  Contracter puts in ponzi scheme "retina machine" in all of these clinics Customers opt out of the optional extra charge machines Now They have to get their money back from these machines So these companies are FORCING you to opt in to recoup and extort money when it has nothing to do with anything you need their services for. Any company who does this should be boycotted.

  They will not allow you in to be with your child during contact appointment. A person hovers on them until they get it. If they don't another appointment. Aweful expert.Note they charge you and your insurance for a contact appt. If you refuse yonpay for another appointment you leave. They took your money and you have no prescription!

  CAUTION CAUTION WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I ordered my glasses on June 23; there was a delay at the lab, and they didn't come in until July 8. The prescription was too strong, so they ordered new lenses. When they came back, the bifocals were too low. I took them back on July 23; they said the 30-day guarantee was over, and all they could do was give me a 50% discount on new lenses, which, with the discount, my part would still be $300. Not to mention that I used my vision insurance for the year and paid an additional $300, and I have a pair of useless glasses, and Pearle Vision has my money. I DID MAKE A COMPLAINT TO THE BBB. And I used my vision insurance for the year.
