Any company who does this should be boycotted.

Aweful expert.Note they charge you and your insurance for a contact appt. If you refuse yonpay for another appointment you leave. They took your money and you have no prescription!
- PBPenny BJul 23, 20261.0CAUTION CAUTION WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! I ordered my glasses on June 23; there was a delay at the lab, and they didn't come in until July 8. The prescription was too strong, so they ordered new lenses. When they came back, the bifocals were too low. I took them back on July 23; they said the 30-day guarantee was over, and all they could do was give me a 50% discount on new lenses, which, with the discount, my part would still be $300. Not to mention that I used my vision insurance for the year and paid an additional $300, and I have a pair of useless glasses, and Pearle Vision has my money. I DID MAKE A COMPLAINT TO THE BBB. And I used my vision insurance for the year.
