  Though it was a tall order and couldn't be fixed, Matt, nick, and Briggitta did their utmost best to assist me in fixing my glasses, and setting up an appointment was incredibly easy!

  My rating is for the staff in the store, but for Matt specifically! I always mean to leave a review and always forget… all of the staff are so nice and helpful and relatable. I’ve only actually seen the doctor there once and she was nice and quick… I can’t remember any of their names specifically but MATT! He is always so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable… I can’t say enough nice things about him! Thank you, Matt for being you!!

  Matthew was very helpful. I already had my prescription from somewhere else. He explained my insurance while helping me pick out frames suitable for my face. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. While I was still in the parking lot I had already called 2 people and recommended them to come there.

  I’m leaving a 5 star review for the retail side and the retail side alone. Matt and everyone on the front end are the sweetest, most caring and compassionate people you’ll ever meet. As for Dr. Edwards, I give her a 1/5 stars. She is cold, has no bedside manners, and got my prescription wrong three times. I’ve been trying to get my contacts and contact prescription settled out since March and it’s now almost August. It did take trial and error and time to find a brand that worked for me, however, when I brought up my concerns about the prescription being off or concern about the fit and feel, she ignored me, wouldn’t so much as look in my general direction, put in an order for another trial, shoved the paper in my hands and showed me the door. When I asked questions she talked down to me and with an attitude and I left out of her chair crying on multiple occasions. Matt and the rest of the front end crew were there to comfort me and do everything in their ability to remedy the situation. I wound up going back to my previous eye doctor 1.5hrs away to get my prescription which was VERY different than all three of the prescriptions Dr. Edwards gave me. I then took my prescription back to this location and ordered my contacts and glasses from Matt. Dr. Edwards should not be in health care if she’s going to treat patients like a burden and a paycheck. As for the front end crew, they deserve a raise for having to put up with her day in and day out.
