We provide Primary Care and Urgent Care services. We perform DOT exams, pre-employment and sports physicals, manage chronic medical problems, acute illnesses and injuries, and minor traumas. We primarily take care of patients ages 5 and older. Care provided by Physician, PAs, and Nurse Practitioners. We do have a weight-loss program and medically-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder/ suboxone program. We accept, cash, checks, debit and credit cards. We accept medicare, TBR, and are being credentialed for many private insurance programs. We also have a Direct Patient Care Program for individuals and Businesses. We currently accept walk-in patients, but will be accepting appointments in October, 2020.
