I've been suffering from plantar fasciitis, heel spurs and achilles tendonitis. The insoles I got today are already providing so much relief. Can't wait to get back to running and being pain free. I've tried several insoles and those did help a bit, but not to the degree I'm experiencing now. I'd highly recommend coming in to at least get an analysis done of your feet. It isn't cheap, but after you've had a loss of mobility and constant pain for as long as I've dealt with, it's worth it. Especially considering the amount of money I spent at a podiatrist.
