I used to take my glasses off just to read, but thanks to Quảng, my new progressive lenses are absolutely perfect and I no longer have to do that. Quảng truly went above and beyond. He never rushed me, gave excellent advice, and took the measurements flawlessly. I was actually nervous about putting progressive lenses into a special pair of Dior sunglasses my husband bought me in Italy to commemorate our trip. I was so afraid they would get lost or broken, but Quảng reassured me that he would personally take care of them. Just like he did my new glasses. I just picked up my sunglasses, and he did an incredible job! LensCrafters, you have a rare gem of an employee who genuinely goes the extra mile for customers. After being turned away from other offices, Lens Crafters allowed us to make an appointment and provided my mom with a prescription with no issues at all. Not only that, Dr. Amy Vo was nothing short of amazing. She’s very kind, patient, and so thorough during her exams. My mom and I learned a lot during her exam today and I really appreciate all of the information that was given to us. 10/10 recommend!
