I went into the Buford Georgia store having sat on my Maui gym glasses which are $300. The store manager fixed my left arm on the glasses and even adjusted the right side so that the glasses sat even more even prior to sitting on them. I wanted to pay for the service but they had no charge. I would highly recommend this location. They were extremely friendly and even suggested I go straight to Maui gym for an additional pair of lenses since they were a prescription location

After weeks of waiting for my contacts and processes being done I get my contacts and end up being eligible for a rebate. After I ordered them they informed me they would submit the rebate for me I provided my email to the person placing my order and gave it to her twice. About 2 weeks pass by and I call to get info on why I never received my rebate and they tell me they can’t file it for me since they misspelled my email. I had to drive back and I live about 30 minutes away. Once I get there they hand me all the papers and just said“ this is all you need to file it”.Now once I have tried to submit it I being asked to provide information I don’t even know where to find.NOT THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Bought a pair of glasses back in November and am extremely happy with the frame and lenses. Went in a few months later for adjustments and they were very helpful. Tina was very helpful and did a wonderful job adjusting and cleaning my glasses, she even cleaned and adjusted my wife’s glasses even though we had not purchased the glasses from them. Extremely happy with their customer service.

I had such a great experience with Shakeila at LensCrafters. Before speaking with her yesterday, I had called several places and felt like no one really cared, but that completely changed once I spoke with her.
I was pretty stressed trying to make sure a birthday gift would be perfect, and she truly went above and beyond to take care of me. She made the whole process feel easy and reassuring, and I didn’t feel overwhelmed anymore. On top of that, she was incredibly personable and friendly, which made the experience even better.
I’ve honestly never had such a standout shopping experience before. This genuinely made me say “wow.” I’m really grateful for her help and would absolutely recommend her to anyone.
Thank you, Shakeila! Thank you for caring as much as you did even when you didn’t have to.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
