Jade's performance was not satisfactory. It appeared as though she lacked enthusiasm for her tasks. Her contributions were unhelpful, leading to a rather unpleasant experience.

I have been a loyal customer of your office for several years, but I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience.
I am 67 years old and simply requested that my DDS vision report be completed so I can renew my driver's license. My comprehensive eye exam was only 9 months ago, and the DDS allows vision information that is valid for up to 2 years. I was surprised to be told that because my exam was more than 6 months old, I would have to schedule and pay for another eye exam before the form could be completed.
As a long-time, loyal customer, I expected better communication and consideration. This experience has left me very disappointed and has caused me to question whether I should continue receiving my eye care with your practice.

Terrible. Experience. I wasn’t even greeted once I entered the store. I just had a pickup and the associates just continued on with their day. Would never purchase or come to Lenscrafters again

Ordered new glasses from this location on 6/14/2026 and was told it would be 7 to 10 days to get my new glasses ordered. I call on day 8 and they said it was being shipped. It's now 6/25 which is past their window they told me. I call back today and was being told that it's still in the lab. I was lied to prior that it was being shipped apparently.

Even though the doctor seemed knowledgeable and supportive, it was all a facade! My daughter came in for an eye exam and was told that she would need progressive glasses even though she only had eye strain for being on electronics for long periods of time due to school and work and just a slight near sighted distance issue. She prescribes glasses that I couldn't even see out of(blurry), and my prescription is that much of a difference than my daughters correct prescription(recently received from another provider)and told my daughter that she would need progressives in the next couple of months.
My daughter thought the lady was nice and felt that it had to be correct based on her experience as a optometrist and how she made it sound like she was helping her, but it was almost as she intentionally tried to harm my daughters eyesight. I had my daughter go back after trying the glasses out for a month since my daughter thought " Maybe, it will correct itself" and it only made her eyesight worse. So, had to try to get her back in when she she was free and of course, her prescription is now changed and all of a sudden her eyesight was worse.
Trusting my gut, I took her across the street and the person there was almost in disbelief that a optometrist would tell me that. He said that most people only will need progressives when they're in their 30's and based on her eye exam, she was far from needing them.
It's a shame that the people you trust in healthcare work so hard to corrupt the system. What was the reason why you lied about her vision?, prescribed the incorrect prescription, and doubled down when she came back for a re-exam?
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
