- AAApril6 days ago1.0I had about 70 sessions with club of pilate and had been disappointed with both class safety and the cancellation process. In my experience, progression and proper technique were not always explained clearly, and a Reformer 1.5 class could quickly feel closer to Level 2.0. For someone with weaker muscles or a prior injury, this can make the class unnecessarily injury-prone. I personally ended up getting injured. The cancellation policy was equally frustrating. I prepaid for a renewal period that had not even started yet and submitted my 30-day cancellation notice before that period began, but was told I would still be charged another full payment afterward. The cancellation/billing practice feels very unfair and is ultimately why I would not recommend this studio
