Many conditions previously requiring extended hospital stays are now being treated at home where patients tend to be happier and more at ease. Home Health Care provides continuity of care in the transition from hospital to home, including medical treatments and disease management education.
St. Joseph's/Candler Home Health Care is the region's only hospital-owned, Joint Commission accredited home health care service. We are a wholly-owned, non-profit, faith-based service.
