  I hate to leave reviews specifically about people, but Ryan did not do his due diligence and was unwilling to support his peers. My prescription had a 90-day supply and they had a 30-day supply when I arrived. He took no accountability on behalf of the team - when I returned the next day, he didn’t support the black woman who tried to clean up the error.

  Ryan and Patho are extremely rude men who are in the pharmacy here. I cannot understand why a pharmacist would be so rude to a new customer but his negativity and careless attitude to the very people that allow him to have a job trickle down to the people that work under him and I hope that I get a response from this with a phone number from someone at Kroger who actually cares and I will call them personally and fill them in. There are lots of places to go and get Rx’s other than this place so maybe this will encourage you to actually do your job beyond the books and behind the counter because the other side of the counter is just as important when you are working in service. I’ve been a loyal Kroger customer since I was a teenager in Kentucky and am in my 50’s, had multiple relatives in Kroger corporate in Cincinnati. They’re retired but I’ll be sharing my experience with them because they always ask me! Do better! PS. I just read the reviews and should have known not to come here in the first place and that’s on me!

  Everyone here is lovely and goes above and beyond for their customers. They make you feel taken care of and will always do their best to accommodate your needs. I can’t tell you the amount of times they went out of their way to help me and it is beyond appreciated.
