  Dr. Brann and her team are absolute professionals. I called after a referral from my dentist and they got me in same day. They made sure I was informed and comfortable before, during, and after my visit. They are super kind and personable, making an intimidating experience very easy. Dr. Brann even went above and beyond to help me navigate an after-hours dental emergency. I can’t speak highly enough of them.

  Joseline, receptionist at BRASELTON ENDODONTICS, was very helpful in assisting me in finding an endodontics doctor whom would accept my Humana insurance. She made calls and was very professional and patient in dealing with different Humana insurance representatives, one after the other, whom were seemingly confused as to the information I needed- a doctor whom would accept my type insurance. Brittany, another front office staff member, joined in and assisted Joseline in expeditiously obtaining information needed by representatives on the phone. The background of why all this took place was the week prior to my appointment with them I had found out that I needed a root canal from my dentist but was flying out of the country. While in Ireland, I took my antibiotics and the day after my return, I eagerly went to get my root canal. Unbeknownst to me however, Joseline had been trying to reach me to tell me their practice was out of network on my insurance. The root canal was desperately needed because of possible infection and I was flying to Africa in three days. Point being, Joseline and Brittany did not have to assist me in finding another Endodontics practice in my insurance’s network but graciously did so. Thank you both kindly; your efforts are deeply appreciated. I was able to get a root canal the same day in my insurance’s network. 🙏💕🦷

  I recently had a root canal done at Braselton Endodontics, and the experience was excellent. They did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire visit. Everyone was friendly, caring, and very knowledgeable. You can tell they really know what they're doing. I highly recommend them to anyone needing specialized dental care.

  I had a great experience with Dr. Brann during my root canal treatment. She was very professional, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. She explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all of my questions. The next day after the visit she followed up to check if I feel well and if there is anything that’s bothering me. I was honestly nervous about having a root canal, but Dr. Brann made the whole experience much easier than I expected. I really appreciate her care, patience, and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dentist!
