  Esme was super helpful getting my account set up and explaining everything I needed to know about the gym. She made the whole process quick and easy, answered all my questions, and was very friendly and welcoming. Great experience at Onelife Fitness. Definitely appreciate her help!

  Esme , Adam , Jason , Bah, and especially Roderick (best trainer ever) are all amazing at front desk and training dept . Ive been going to this gym for over a year. I would not think of going anywhere else not just because of the people above but because of the community feeling that you get at this gym. The staff treat you like family the people that go there become your family too. They also have an amazing facility. I would definitely come take a look. I will give them more than five stars if Google allowed it! Great place ,great people and great culture !

  I absolutely love One Life Fitness! I’ve made the most progress here in my fitness journey than anny other gym and everybody is so welcoming and sweet. Rodrick and Esme are so warm and welcoming and have made this gym feel like a home ❤️

  Seriously, this gym is the best. The staff there are always super friendly and helpful, making it a really welcoming place to work out. The whole vibe of the gym is just great; it's clean, motivating, and never too crowded. Plus, all the machines are in excellent condition and work perfectly, which is a huge plus for any workout. I actually look forward to going, which is saying a lot!
