  Tyler knows how to adapt to your fitness level and also ramp you up, in a safe way, while making sure you achieve your goals. He has created a great training plan that lead to quick starting progress.

  I had some questions about the amenities at OneLife Fitness - Austell and reached out. Jason, the General Manager, responded very quickly and took the time to answer my questions clearly and patiently. I really liked the experience because I felt like a valued gym member.

  Emerald was a great host and made the tour very informative. She explained the Austell location well, also gave us helpful information about the other locations, personal trainers, and available training sessions. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy to understand.

  Great experience signing up for this club. I looked at this one and an LA Fitness. The staff at OneLife is amazing and the atmosphere was very inviting. The club itself is very “spa like”; the amenities are a step above what you typically see at other clubs. Everything is super clean, new, and in perfect working order. I worked with Esmerelda to sign up and DJ to get set up for a fitness evaluation. Both were very professional and sincere. They were accommodating and encouraging.

  I had an absolutely horrible experience today with the assistant manager at this gym. I believe her name is Esme. She was condescending and rude, not a accommodating and literally continued to make smart condescending remarks throughout the remaining of my visit. I’m highly constipating selecting another gym just because of her as well as posting a flyer in my neighborhood as I’m the HOA president of over 150 homes so that everyone knows and not attend this gym. I was ridiculed and scammed out of $10. She did not use for customer service discretion or an individual basis to make the proper decision with my issue I’m also going to corporate. I’m going to sleep on it and decide if I’m gonna take this further or let it go. It was extremely petty. Corporate should consider problem-solving skills before they just give anyone a position of power. I am highly Disappointed.
