I typed the previous statement while the insoles were inside the shoes that I originally wore into the store. The above statement is true but I was asked to complete a review while Shawn went to the register to ring my fiance and I up-BEFORE we knew anything about pricing. Not once were any prices mentioned. There are no prices on any of the shoes or products anywhere in the store whatsoever. At the register, my fiance went to pay and was asked to use care credit to complete the transaction for OVER $4,000. 2 pairs of New balance athletic shoes and 2 of their insert systems OVER FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS. He could have paid cash for everything but he really felt like he was being scammed due to the lack of pricing disclosure. So, we removed the inserts from our shoes, returned them to the clerk and walked out. I firmly believe in being honest in everything I do and say. I also believe in full disclosure in all business transactions. Unfortunately, our own personal values do not align with this business model.
