Several months after my eye exam an I am still dealing with issues related to my lenses and vision correction. Communication has been frustrating, with delays in responding to messages and concerns. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the problems, I continue to have issues with my lenses and now need to return again, resulting in more time without being able to see properly. I have purchased glasses from other providers in the past and have never experienced this level of delay or repeated problems. I expected a smoother process and better customer service, but unfortunately my experience has not met those expectations.

On yesterday I had an appointment and because I did not confirm on an email my appointment was canceled. I was never notified. I live in SC and traveled to Augusta for my exam that I did not cancel. I was very annoyed because at my the time I made my appointment, I was never told that I will receive an email to confirm or it would be canceled.
