The last few times I went I was treated as if I was beneath them I have been cussed out by members of staff and the current management allows it to happen with disciplinary actions taken this is unacceptable I have donated with ked for many years and until I started going to this Augusta location I have never seen such things. Their conduct is unbecoming of medical professionals and should not be allowed to continue
