- ALAlonzo LloydAug 18, 20261.0It's always something to come here they all seem to hate the work they do no one is friendly from entry to back office they treat patients like cattle or a cash crop this place needs a soul everyone is a robot there is no empathy and they make sure you know it. I don't think this place should be dealing with people more like machines probably. I can't wait to not return to this awful place please find another facility if you want to give plasma they will give you a better experience trust it's just the truth run while you are able to you don't want to land here trust me I also told the soul less personal about me using the income to help with the kids in a youth program which they didn't care and told me that they were going to have to mail me a card only option or go to regions smh I guess they really don't care it's just in the Air you can really feel it once you walk in it's a ViBE once again note that they don't care no compassion for anyone been giving for a while I still can't understand why I ensured all the lack there of as long as I did not a single empathetic ear in the bunch. Well who am I anyway just trash and no one cares anyway

The last few times I went I was treated as if I was beneath them I have been cussed out by members of staff and the current management allows it to happen with disciplinary actions taken this is unacceptable I have donated with ked for many years and until I started going to this Augusta location I have never seen such things. Their conduct is unbecoming of medical professionals and should not be allowed to continue
