  If I could give them no stars I would the staff is very unprofessional and rude. The last few times I went I was treated as if I was beneath them I have been cussed out by members of staff and the current management allows it to happen with disciplinary actions taken this is unacceptable I have donated with ked for many years and until I started going to this Augusta location I have never seen such things. Their conduct is unbecoming of medical professionals and should not be allowed to continue

  I’ve been donating here for over a year. As someone who has donated plasma at several different companies, my opinion is that this center has the best combination of friendly staff, timely service, and donor compensation.

  As someone who used to visit frequently in the past I can say this business has truly went down . It’s so sad so see because about a year ago you used to be able to get signed in , able to answer questions and then donate but now it’s just like a hangout spot for the workers . They just sit around staring at you with the rudest face not welcoming at all and then when you have a question or concern no one is able to help you out . I really hope they have a change in management or attitude soon because this business was once Decent .

  I go in to donate and then I get told I'll be called back shortly then they say after I wait 30 minutes that I have to go to medical doesn't seem like a very decent environment when they can't get their shit straight very disappointed just as bad as CSL PLASMA If zero stars was an option that would be it as of right now
