  This is my first pair of glasses and first full eye exam, not impressed with the "customer service" or lack there of this place offers. I would say ONLY visit this place if you HAVE to have your glasses same day or next day. Other than that, go to lens crafters. I had an appointment Friday which I booked online for 3:30 with the optometrist. We were in the area so we came in early, right at 2. They looked at their schedule and I wasn't on it. After a few minutes of looking and saying I wasn’t on there I asked could I be seen as a walk in. They said no because it was after 2.....it was 2:10. We left and went to the department store in the same parking lot. While we were in there I went through my junk email and found the confirmation. I went back and they gave me no apology or seem to really care at all but did see me. The eye exam was way below sub par. They explained nothing, did warn "this is the machine that blows air into your eye" or "try not to blink" they just got irritated when I blinked not knowing I needed to keep my eyes open. After I was done they charged me $129 no insurance. I asked does this include any lenses or any deal with frames or anything. She just said the ladies over there will help you. We went to the main area stood around and waited for anyone to acknowledge our existence. Finally someone asked if they could help, I told them what I needed and they put me on a list which. After a total of 2 hours in there I finally got finished and was told my glasses wouldnt be ready until midday Monday. Fast forward to Monday, I got a text saying they were ready. We stand in line, put my name in again, wait another 20 minutes and are given my glasses. The frames were stretched wide and twisted. She tried 4 times to fix them with no luck and A LOT of attitude. The only way to fix them is get new frames. I said ok do that, I'm not accepting bent and twisted $300+ glasses. She got a new pair of frames and put them back together. She gave them to me, gave me no instructions, no warnings like "these are progressives, things may look a little funny." Or "these will take some getting used to"

  Walked in. No one said anything to me. No hey how are you, welcome in or we’ll be right with you shortly. I understand most of the associates were busy but the fact no one said anything, I found very rude. I just stood there for 2 minutes before leaving.

  I tried to make an appointment for my eyes to be checked and was told it would cost me $39 as well as how much Medicare would pay n Medicaid. Why???! That’s been the place I went for a decade at least to get my eyes checked but I can tell you this I won’t be back n I’m sure no one cares

  We were on vacation in Milledgeville when my hubby broke his glasses. He needed glasses quickly. We had his optometrist email his prescription. Eyemart was suggested to us, so we made the 1.5 hour trip. It was well worth the time. Their staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They have a wide selection of frames and a wide variety of prices. My husband was able to get 2 new pairs of glasses with scratch protection in about 15 minutes. The total cost was $170. The place was somewhat busy but I know why, they are excellent. Even though they were busy, he was taken care of quickly. I highly recommend this place. Have a lovely day😊
