- IPI ParrottAug 4, 20215.0This is an awesome establishment . I come 5 days a week for a relaxing cooldown . It has helped me so much in recovery from my longruns and has eased a lot of my stress and tension. Staff is super nice and helpful throughout class and with the challenging poses.

Everyone is always so friendly and welcoming every single time I enter the studio, regardless if you have been a long time yogi or a beginner. Additionally, there is a variety of classes to choose from depending on how your body feels that day. The studio is always kept clean and sanitize and each class is regulated (as of now) to promote a safe and cautious environment during this pandemic.
