- NNNaveenaJul 10, 20231.0I tried canceling my membership here several times but was still charged the full rate. After over a month of trying to get ahold of anyone, I finally got through to someone to cancel my membership. They said they’d get back to me about the refund for the additional month I was wrongfully charged for. I haven’t heard back; I’ve emailed (no response) called (voicemail inbox is always full), and even gone in-person (no one there despite being “open” online) and they are incredibly unresponsive. The yoga classes are nice. But if you ever try to cancel, you’ll spend hours trying to speak with someone and in that time you’ll probably be charged again. Not worth the headache.
