Rachel also asked me what my insurance is so she could check if it was in/out of network, etc. Their transparency with pricing is a breath of fresh air! After I found the frames I loved, she saved them to my profile. I did decide to get my eye exam somewhere else where my insurance covers more, since I'm out of network for Warby Parker. When I came back in to order my glasses, Rachel submitted an insurance claim for me for the glasses I chose and confirmed I should receive money back. My sister just did this and she received more than she expected back... so her glasses (with added blue light protection) ended up going from about $145 down to about $30! Honestly, the $145 still would have been less expensive than the glasses I can get from Target even after my in-network insurance is applied there. I will definitely be recommending Warby Parker to anyone I know who wears glasses or contacts! The customer service + value is unmatched, and I didn't have to order glasses online and hope they look right/deal with returns, etc! They have a great selection of frames in the store. The whole checkout process only took about 15 minutes, too! I wish I hadn't waited so long to try Warby Parker, but I'm glad I finally gave them a try! Highly recommend!
