  I was shopping online and wanted to try some frames in person. I was glad to see this location so close to home. They had plenty of options to try on in the store and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Really easy process, especially when you already have an account online with your prescription loaded in.

  A truly warm and friendly experience. From the spontaneous walk-in the day before , where I was met with professional, friendly and helpful service to the appointment visit the following day and I was not disappointed! Thank you to the doctor, Jade and the front desk staff. Looking forward to receiving my glasses ❤️

  Visited this new Warby location for the first time & actually had fun. Working today was Steven, Malik & Jamison. They were such a great combination of energy, personality & knowledge. I came in simply to check out new styles & learned so many random facts & details about services offered at Warby Parker. I was already loyal to the brand, but these guys reassured me I had made the right choice. Thanks for having them on the team!!!

  I had a great experience with my eye exam! Malik and Stephen were both incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. They made the entire experience easy and comfortable, and you could tell they genuinely cared about providing great service. They were patient, knowledgeable, and just really nice overall. I truly appreciated how welcoming they were and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great eye-care experience!

  I had an exceptional experience at Warby Parker Vinings. Jenna, Malik, Parker, and Steven each gave me the kind of personal attention that makes shopping in person genuinely worthwhile. They offered thoughtful suggestions and honest opinions, and patiently helped me narrow what initially felt like an overwhelming number of options down to the frame that felt absolutely right for me: the Boggs in Wide—not Extra Wide! What impressed me most was how engaged everyone was in the process—and how much they felt like friends intead of sales folk.. I never felt rushed or like I was simply being sold a pair of glasses. They paid attention to fit, proportion, and what actually looked good on me, and their input made the decision much easier. This is a sales team that clearly loves what they do, and it shows. Five stars all around. Big thank you to Jenna, Malik, Parker and Steven.
