  My experience was excellent, but that is only because I found Jade! She is the rare kind of sales associate that isn’t afraid to tell you an opinion if you ask for one. She helped me navigate some difficult choices when so many of the frames are beautiful. She also did not oversell anything which I always appreciate, but she gave me practical bits of advice on what could be helpful when it came to my choices.

  I couldn't wait for this location to open! The employees were so polite and helpful. Malik attended on me. He ensured all my questions were answered and offered excellent service. Great addition to the Vinings area. No more traveling in town or perimeter mall!

  Dr. Escobar was amazing!!. She took her time and explained step by step what she was doing. Shannon quickly checked us in and helped advise us on frames. She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Having been to other Walby Parker stores this one is by far the best. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing eye care and glasses!

  What a delightful experience at Warby Parker today! Jenna, Stephen, Malik & the other staffers were fun, professional, welcoming, helpful, & knowledgeable. Same great customer service that I’ve experienced at most WP stores. So glad they have a location in Vinings.

  Jenna and Dr Pope are fantastic! I usually see Dr Pope at the West Midtown location but wanted to try out Vinings as it’s more private / chill. So happy I did - I was in and out within 30 minutes - glasses and contacts exam. The office is super clean, tons of options for glasses, shoutout to Jenna for helping me decide between 4 pairs!! Was able to order my contacts at a discounted rate before I even left the office. 10/10 recommend this location and Dr. Pope!!
