I haven’t had a new pair of specs in a while. I dropped in Warby Parker in Ponce City Market and was given the red carpet treatment. Not only were there a wide range of styles to choose from, the staff’s professionalism and readiness the assist was exceptional! Torana and Sam were so welcoming and helpful. I was able to try on as many pair as I wanted. They’d given their opinion on colors and styles that fit my face and personality. I’ve never experienced patience/service in that manner. Checkout was a breeze! I am a forever Warby Parker fan! Thanks for vetting your GREAT staff!

Probably in the top 10% best customer service experiences of the last ten years as far as I’m concerned. I came in two or three times to browse glasses and once for a repair to a Burberry pair I’ve had for far too long. Every interaction with the team was kind, helpful, and exemplary! So I returned again a week ago for an eye exam and new glasses. My health insurance covered the exam and $200 toward the glasses which was great cause glasses are pricey in general. But you use them for a good ten years, or at least I do, so $550 a pair seems like a good investment to high quality glasses I use every day of my life. The team made it so easy to place my order and talked me through every single question. Warby Parker is the way to go for eyewear. Cheers!

Joseph and the team at Ponce made my experience enjoyable, easy, and efficient. They provided several great options and thoughtful recommendations, taking the time to understand my career and how I use my glasses day to day. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and I never felt rushed. I walked out super happy and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a personalized experience! 😊

I had an incredible fitting experience with Torez at Warby Parker. He adjusted two pairs of glasses for me, and the difference is night and day. I had waited far too long while wearing glasses that slid down my nose and never sat quite right. Torez clearly knows his craft, and he took the time to get both pairs fitting perfectly. I left with glasses that feel comfortable, secure, and completely optimized. Highly recommend working with him.

Their customer service policy is absurd! You can't call and talk to anyone in the store because they're "too busy," so you have to talk with someone in a call center far away, and the only way you can get help from the store is by visiting directly! What a BS policy!! I have to drive 20 miles to get a question answered by the store people!!! Who was the idiot that thought of a "no store contact" policy? Very unfriendly to customers and a huge waste of time.
