- CCCharlotteMay 8, 20261.0Really disappointed by my experience here. AVOID buying glasses here - in a massive dispute with my insurance for how they filled things and it’s a mess. Customer service is unable to help because it’s out of “their jurisdiction” even though they did all of the paperwork (and filled it out inaccurately) and assured me it could all be cancelled. They also don’t follow HIPAA as they’ll ask you to write part of your SSN on a piece of paper for them to process stuff. Lastly, they have no phone number to call for the store. I’d only buy here if you want to use cash.

She politely and effectively clarified my needs and patiently worked through my preferences with several rounds of options. When she stepped away to help another customer while I was deliberating, another associate checked in within a minute or two to make sure I was covered. Once I had made a selection, the first associate efficiently confirmed my prescription from another provider, insurance, and payment, and set up my order without any pressure selling after presenting options (blue light filter, etc). She let me know about Warby Parker's returns and service policies and the timeline for my order and I was on my way.
