⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an exceptional experience at Warby Parker at Perimeter Mall, and it’s all thanks to Rachel. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to answer all of my questions, promptly made the repairs needed, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. She truly went above and beyond to provide the absolute best customer service. Outstanding customer service like Rachel’s is hard to find these days. She made the entire visit enjoyable, and it’s because of employees like her that I’ll continue to visit Warby Parker at Perimeter Mall. Thank you, Rachel, for such a fantastic experience!

Went to this location the evening of July 21st to get my sunglasses that I got from warby Parker a couple weeks ago re-adjusted. As soon as I walked in, there were 2 employees working with 2 other guests and I totally get that they were busy with other customers, but it took about 5 minutes for someone to even greet me and another 5 minutes for someone to "help" me out. I can't remember the employee's name but I let her know that I was looking for a slight adjustment to my frames as they were slightly tight. The employee proceeded to tell me that they were unable to adjust anything due to the optician already having left the store and that they were legally unable to adjust without the optician present. I didn't think it was a big adjustment and asked if they could help as the Peachtree Corners location adjusted my other WP glasses. She refused and said that only a certified optician could help. I can't seem to remember the employees name but she did have a name tag on that said "Certified Optician" under her name and once she noticed that I saw her name tag, she proceeded to cover her name tag and say that she wasn't quite certified yet. Why would Warby Parker deceive customers into thinking that the associates are actually certified if they aren't. I feel like it's just more likely that she wanted to get the commission from the sale of the other customer rather than help, so she came up with this statement to have a reason not to assist me. Can someone please confirm for me that this law or policy is true and why does the employee have a name tag that says she's certified when she claims that she wasn't? It's seems very misleading.
