The optician was patient, listened, explained things to me and took her time to get my prescription right. Another staff member took her time helping me find the frames I needed and was really kind and patient and helped me pick two pairs of that I love. You guys have a great team :) Thank you!!!

- SRSabrina RuthApr 21, 20261.0i’ve used warby at other locations out of state and had a great experience which is why i booked an appointment with them to update my contacts prescription. i inputted my insurance online, got verified, and got the confirmation text yesterday that my insurance was in network, that i would only have to pay my copay, and that retinal imaging was only $60! great! not so great. i received a text from someone named analia 3.5 hours before my appointment telling me that their manager is overriding the system insurance verification, and that my insurance doesn’t count as in network. she said she’s happy to proceed with my appointment for $200+ (with insurance it’s $50). i have texts, emails— so many confirmations saying that my insurance is verified. i did everything right. and now i’ve taken off work and have no contacts left for nothing. the customer service at this place is psychotically bad. how can an individual override the system confirming that im in network? i have basic insurance through my large corporate employer and have never had any issues anywhere. the fact that they can verify and confirm, and then on a whim say “jk!” is CRAZY. make appointments here at your own risk, they just want to last-minute reject your insurance so you have to pay the full $200+.
