The eye exam went well, and the optometrist was very patient and had an overall calm demeanor about him that made the process feel less intimidating. The staff truly made the experience a 10 out of 10. From the check-in process to us walking out, they made us feel so welcomed. We have a positive experience because of the staff. Teagan, especially, was amazing to work with while we were in the store.

While I was deciding which frame to go with, Shanice gave me a hand with deciding which frame to go with for my prescription. She delivered excellent customer service, and her suggestion of what frame to go with became the best fitting eyeglasses I've ever had to date. Where I intended to walk away with one pair, I decided to purchase another frame based on her feedback. I've always shopped at Warby Parker, but this customer service really stood apart from stores visited in North Carolina and Virginia. I'm really grateful to her and her co-workers that also chimmed into which frame fit me best. This store became my trusted place to shop eyeglasses from in the future.
