Before they were super nice but I just walked in the store after a long day of work and started browsing. No one looked up, no one greeted me. Some guy even left the desk to help someone else who had already been there, but ignored me and even looked straight at me. I was prepared to buy a couple of glasses that day. I’m not sure if it was just me, but it seemed like I was not welcome. Terrible service, and impressions off the bat.
