Great experience with friendly service. Dr Goh was very patient with my son, who was getting contact lenses for the first time. Cynthia and Mya were also very friendly with check-in and with suggestions for frames. Great selection of frames for sunglasses and eyeglasses. I will definitely be back for my vision care!

My latest experience with the optical store (not optometrist) was bad. They could not find my glasses order from December 2025 even though I had bought them from that precise store. They could not verify what lenses I had in the glasses themselves, and they told me my out of pocket would be over $120 with insurance for apparently the same configuration I had paid $40 in December. They just said prices went up. They were unhelpful and appeared irritated I kept querying. They just said prices of lenses went up! I left and went to the Edgewood store. A very helpful person there could figure out what was wrong within two minutes. They had my phone number wrong, the email wrong and goodness knows what else. She could figure it out. She helped me out and law and behold the out of pocket cost was $40. I don't mind employees not knowing things but not trying is quite different matter altogether. Never going to that store again.
