I had a request for Proud Smiles recently. Due to factors beyond their control we ran into a bit of a bump- nothing serious. I worked with Christine Ramos and Nilkanth Patel for a fair solution for all. They were responsive and caring and they made it possible to fix the issue that was not caused by them.
