  I am so pleased with this dentist office. I struggled for years to find a down home dentist that wasn’t corporate or owned by private equity. This is it. It’s so refreshing to see the same faces every time you go in and for them to actually care about your health and wellbeing. Highly recommend this place. Great people, great service.

  Customer service was amazing. The entire staff was so warm and welcoming. Karen is so informative. She was very knowledgeable and educating me in all the questions and uncertainty. The first time I called speaking with Karen on the phone. She was so amazing and I felt so comfortable to move forward. She’s the actual reason I decided to go There overall my experience was just 10 out of 10 amazing and I definitely recommend.

  I am so glad that I found Proud Smiles! I’ve received the best dental care I have ever had! But just as important they always greet me with their proud smiles! Everyone there is friendly, caring and kind. Sometimes I need to take my husband with me and they treat him with the same kindness that they treat me. They even sent him a get well card just to let us know that they were thinking about him❣️ They’re the best!

  I love Proud Smiles because they care. You are not a number - you a person who always talks to a real person. I have had several dental challenges and they have worked to figure out root causes, treat symptoms and help with strong action plans. Great practice

  The dentist herself was great, and the team in the back was also great. Unfortunately, my experience was negatively affected by Karen at the front desk. Karen talks wayyy too much, was rude, and honestly interfered with my overall experience. She is not a hygienist or a dentist, so I feel she needs to be mindful of how she speaks to customers and the smart remarks she makes. There were several times where simple communication turned into a back-and-forth, never-ending exchange. I’m the paying customer who is spending thousands of dollars out of pocket, not her. Unless the doctor personally gives me a recommendation, I don’t feel like Karen should be speaking out of turn or asking the doctor for quotes on services I never requested. Karen sent me quotes for services that I never asked for, which was confusing and frustrating because I was very clear about the services I was actually interested in. During my last visit, Karen also made a smart remark to me as I was exiting, which was completely unnecessary. What makes this unfortunate is that I was actually interested in additional services after completing my first service there. However, I’m now uncomfortable returning if I have to deal with Karen at the front desk again. The dentist and the team in the back were great, but the front-desk experience with Karen definitely was not okay. I had to defend myself multiple times during conversations with her regarding my preferred choice of services, which was unnecessary because she is NOT the dentist. I should be able to communicate what services I want without having to go back and forth or feel pressured about my choices. Customer service matters just as much as the actual service being provided, and unfortunately, the front-desk experience took away from what otherwise could have been a great experience.
