I honestly thought my sore back and tight shoulders were just part of getting older and spending too much time at my desk. After hearing a few good things, I decided to give chiropractic care a try. What surprised me most wasn't the treatment itself—it was how much time the doctor spent asking about my work schedule, posture, and everyday habits. It felt less like a routine appointment and more like someone genuinely trying to understand why I was uncomfortable. I walked away with practical tips I could use immediately and a much better understanding of what my body had been trying to tell me.

⭐ 0 stars — Very disappointing experience I came to Progressive Medical Center in March 2025 after hearing many testimonials on the radio about people who had improved health issues that traditional medicine had not been able to resolve. I was hopeful because I was struggling with constant fatigue, frequent herpes outbreaks, and toenail fungus, and I was looking for a different approach. I invested approximately $3,700 in their program, which included different tests, including a stool test and a food sensitivity test. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I did not feel I received proper explanations about my results or a clear treatment plan. I was mostly recommended supplements from the pharmacy next to the clinic, but after taking them, I saw no improvement. During my time as a patient, I was transferred between several different providers, and I felt there was no continuity of care. I had to repeatedly explain my situation to new people. I was also not given my food sensitivity test results until I specifically requested them more than a year later. I also paid approximately $1,800 for ten IV therapy sessions that were recommended to improve my immune system, but unfortunately, I did not experience any improvement. In total, I spent more than $5,500 at the clinic and over $3,000 on supplements, and I still have the same symptoms I came in with: fatigue, herpes outbreaks, and toenail fungus. My biggest concerns are the lack of organization, communication. After more than a year, I feel that I did not receive the results or care I was expecting for the amount of money invested. This review reflects my personal experience, and I hope the clinic improves communication, organization, and patient care in the future. My experience was extremely disappointing. The clinic appeared disorganized, communication was poor, I saw multiple different providers, and I never received consistent care or meaningful results. I am requesting a full refund and will be pursuing legal action to recover the money I spent

My doctor recommended getting some blood work, so I scheduled an appointment at Progressive Medical Center. I expected a long wait, but everything was well organized from check-in to the end of my visit. The staff answered my questions patiently and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. It was a simple experience that left a great impression.

I didn't understand how badly my posture was harming me until I attended Progressive Medical Center for chiropractic therapy. I believed that being sore was typical because I spent the most of my day in front of a computer. The doctor asked about my daily routine and pointed out a couple tendencies I hadn't even thought about. It was one of those appointments where you leave feeling like you actually learned something important.

When basic activities like waking up in the morning or going for a stroll began to feel more difficult than before, I became aware of my joint pain. I continued to ignore it until it started interfering with my daily schedule. The staff spent time getting to know when the discomfort began and how it affected my day-to-day activities. I was impressed by their patience and the clarity with which they described the following stages. We appreciate the team's concern, assistance, and direction during this process.
