  Terrica and the Pearle Vision team were fantastic! Terrica took absolute care/time of/with me and she gave her honest reviews on the frames I tried on. She took time to go over pricing options for different frames and lenses; I didn’t feel rushed! I’ve been coming here for years, and will continue to do so. Great selection of frames too.

  Every time I come here I am astonished with their customer service. From the minute I walked in to my consult for finding the right glasses I felt soo comfy and cared for! Stephanie is amazing and took her time to help me find the right frames and was sooo patient with my indecisiveness. Please give them a try and ask for the lovely Stephanie!!

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but I’m sharing this in the hope that the office will improve. This was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a medical practice. My routine appointment with Dr. Vaishnav itself was straightforward, but the issues that followed created a much more difficult experience overall. When I needed a prior authorization for medication, the office would not submit it directly to my insurance. After more than two months of back-and-forth with no resolution, I was ultimately forced to pay out of pocket. Throughout that time, no one took ownership of the issue or provided clear guidance on next steps. Trying to contact the office only added to the frustration. There is no online portal or alternative way to communicate, so the phone was the only option. I was repeatedly placed on hold for 5-10 minutes, only for calls to drop. This happened often enough that it felt like a pattern, making it extremely difficult to get any updates or support. What was also frustrating is that when I later saw a different doctor, they mentioned that more affordable generic alternatives (medications that serve the same purpose) could have been considered. That added to my frustration, as it may have helped avoid this situation. Overall, the lack of follow-through, poor communication, and coordination made this a very stressful and costly experience.
