Every single optician I’ve worked with has been incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what works best for me. I’ve been coming here since 2023, and I have to admit—I “cheated” on them with Warby Parker this past year…and totally regretted it. Needless to say, I came right back. I recently returned for my annual eye exam with Dr. Ray, who was fantastic as always, and ended up getting new lenses for my old frames AND purchasing another pair of glasses and sunglasses. This location is unlike any other optical store I’ve been to. They don’t make you feel like just another customer—they treat you like a good friend or family member. You can tell they truly want what is best for you, your vision, and your overall eye health. There is never any pressure, and they take the time to make sure you’re completely happy with your choices. A huge thank you to Warren, Tim, and Misha for taking such amazing care of me! You all are the absolute best, and I’m so grateful for the consistently wonderful experience. Lesson learned—I won’t be cheating on you again! See you soon!

They told me two week my glasses will be ready and that they would communicate by calling. 3 weeks later I called to check the status. They told me they had to send them back because not correct. September 8th I called back for status report, the person said they had arrived and said sorry nobody called me to inform me. When you spend a few hundred dollars on glass you expect better customer service. I will not continue to support this company.

I truly appreciate their customer service. I've been to other eye doctors where I always felt like they were trying to upsell me on things and I never feel that way here. I strongly recommend this place if you're looking for an eye doctor in the area!
