  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Duncan and Dr. Carelus. From my very first consultation through surgery and follow-up care, I felt genuinely seen, heard, and supported every step of the way. Dr. Carelus took the time to explain the entire bariatric process in a way that made me feel confident and informed, never rushed or overwhelmed. Their professionalism is unmatched, but what truly sets them apart is their compassion and encouragement. They treat you like a person, not just a patient.   I have so much respect for Dr. Duncan. I came into my appointment today feeling nervous and ashamed because I didn’t want to disappoint him. After going from 373 pounds down to my lowest of 247 after my sleeve surgery, I’ve been working hard—but I still felt emotional. Dr. Duncan met me with nothing but understanding, encouragement, and genuine care. He is truly passionate about what he does and believes in his patients, which makes all the difference. In a world where it’s hard to know who to trust, Dr. Duncan stands out. He has my full respect, not just as a doctor but as a person. I would recommend him to anyone—no question.
