The store was clean, well-organized, and welcoming, and the staff was consistently professional and kind. We especially want to recognize Brittany, our optician, who truly went above and beyond to make sure we were happy, comfortable, and well-informed throughout the entire process. Our first visit was primarily to look at frames, and when we returned for pickup, Brittany greeted us with the same positive energy, patience, and professionalism. That consistency really stood out to us and made the experience feel personal rather than transactional. During our second visit, we also had the pleasure of meeting Alexis, the Assistant Manager. We appreciated her knowledge, professionalism, and personal style. She was wearing a pair of Meta Starfire Kylie Edition frames, and I loved how they looked on her. Between Alexis sharing her knowledge and Brittany helping me with the frames, their teamwork and enthusiasm completely won me over. Needless to say, I walked in to pick up glasses and walked out with the Meta Starfire Kylie Edition frames in a bag in my hand! 😂 Brittany and Alexis are wonderful examples of what excellent customer service should look like. They were knowledgeable without being pushy, professional while still being personable, and made the entire experience enjoyable. Thank you both for taking such great care of us. We will definitely return to this location!
