They send a text message asking how can they help you explain what you need. No one responds call I spoke to someone from the LensCrafters side. it’s just not a good sign. The red flag was there. I went to this place maybe three or four years ago. I had a great experience but now I think everyone must be new and the level of service is just not up to par. I guess I will take my chances and go downstairs to vision Work worst LensCrafters ever I will not ever recommend this location.

I came to purchase progressives, and while they are out of network for my insurance, Sequenthia convinced me to take a look around and she’d help see how my benefits could still work for me. Once I found a pair, she and her manager, Jo, provided excellent customer service, explained my options and helped me land on a pair I’m very happy with. The entire store is attentive, pleasant, and professional. Customer service tends to fall short these days, but these ladies delivered across the board 10s!!!
