Words cannot express the superior level of customer service that I experienced this evening. I very rarely wrote reviews, but Sequenthia and Natalie deserve recognition. I came window shopping a week ago and Sequenthia made me feel at home, exercising the utmost patience. I came back today to finalize my purchase and Sequenthia instantly recognized me, greeted me as one would an old friend, and Natalie walked me through everything with the kindest fo demeanors, explaining my options and working with me until I found the perfect pair. So often, experiences in retail can feel impersonal, but thanks to these lovely ladies, that was not the case. I will be sure to return!

I realized on my way to football practice that when I pulled my glasses out of the case, the arm had completely detached. I called LensCrafters the next day and spoke with Sequenthia, who explained that my warranty with them had expired and recommended that I reach out to Meta. Mind you, I purchased the glasses in May 2025, so I definitely wasn’t expecting to be dealing with this already.
I reached out to Meta and got the runaround. I even submitted a claim to Ray-Ban through LensCrafters, and that was denied too. Instead of getting frustrated, I decided to just go into the store and speak with a manager. That’s when I met Michael.
Let me tell you, the customer service was better than Chick-fil-A! The entire team that day, Michael, Sequenthia, Natalie, and Nafisat, jumped in to help and got me squared away. What could have easily been a frustrating experience turned into a great one because of how they handled everything.
Now I’m anxiously waiting on my new Gen 2 Meta glasses, which only cost me $40. I truly appreciate everything the team did to take care of me. Great customer service still matters, and this team definitely delivered.

No one was in the but one other customer and i came in there to see if they could help me insert and learn to put in my contacts and they stated they dont handle contacts . Mind you its 3 associates in there. Plus 1 person at the desk. And referred me to another company or another location. And they said i have to be a patient in order to get help . What a waste of time and drive to this location

Never had such an embarrassing experience in my life. I took my son to get an eye exam, filled out the paperwork online and clearly stated I am his guardian as he is a minor.
Though I submitted the questionnaire online twice (a day prior to the appointment and when I received a follow up text day of), they said there was no record and I lost our reserved appointment spot.
Next, apparently, I did not look "old" enough to be his legal guardian to the employee, as he continuously questioned my relationship to my son (who we adopted when he was 13) asking if I was his "friend" or his "sister" when I stated twice I'm his legal guardian to the state of Georgia. He then asked where his mother is, which quite frankly, he has no business asking after I showed him proof of guardianship which is our paperwork. Mind you, this was still in the WAITING ROOM area in front of my son and another patient. I said I would rather not get into the personal details in front of other people. He continued pressing the matter instead of trying to remedy the clear misunderstanding he has of guardianship, and it made me and my son uncomfortable.
I completely understand it is a separate entity from LensCrafters, but the exams are still inside the same suite, and every employee should be held to the same standards. I worked in retail management prior, and if I wasn't sure about something, I would escalate to my superior instead of humiliating a potential customer.
My husband then called the store and spoke to the manager on duty who was kind and understanding, and she explained it was a different entity but she will relay the information. They did however think I was a teenager (pushing 30), and it is quite unfortunate that we have been profiled to that extent.
If you have a special circumstance regarding kinship or guardianship, I recommend NOT coming to this location.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
