  My nose pieces fell off, and Wex fixed it for me on the spot for no charge. He also cleaned my glasses. Great service

  Went in for a routine prescription check. A doctor I never saw wrote a prescription I was told was the same as the year before. I skipped out to Costco, picked out frames, ordered glasses, went back a week later and the prescription was totally wrong. I’m 68, worn glasses all my life, never had this happen. Total incompetence.

  The team at LensCrafters was so helpful! Sir was absolutely exceptional and walked me through every option my insurance had and made sure I got the best deal. Couldn’t recommend them more!!

  I recently visited LensCrafters and had a wonderful experience! I was very impressed with the level of customer service and the care everyone showed throughout my visits. I had already used my insurance benefit for one pair of glasses this year, so I was looking at different frames from another location. When I attempted to enter my prescription online, the system would not allow me to enter the word “balance.” When I called LensCrafters, I spoke with Jack, who took the time to look into the issue and explained that the right-eye prescription appeared to be the same as the left-eye prescription. Jack was extremely helpful and wanted to make sure everything was correct, he recommended that I contact my eye doctor to verify the information. I followed up with my doctor, and jack as correct. I really appreciated Jack taking the time to help me understand what was happening rather than simply dismissing the issue. I also called back afterward to thank Jack, but he was not there when I called. I had the pleasure of speaking with Adrianna who was absolutely wonderful as well—professional, pleasant, patient, and very helpful. Every advisor I have interacted with at this location has been friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. From my in-person visits to my phone experience, everyone has been exceptional. I truly appreciate the outstanding service I received. Thank you, Jack and Adrianna for making this such a positive experience! I would highly recommend this LensCrafters location to anyone looking for a great customer experience!

  I had to stop in real quick to get my hexagons tightened. One side was really messed up the other side looked ok to me. I walked in and Sir greeted me and asked if I had been help yet, I said no and he didn’t hesitate to help out. At first I was told I needed to wait 10 minutes because they were short staffed, which cool I didn’t mind one bit, but then switched things around to be able to help me real quick. He helped me with my issue and we got everything figured out. He tighten both sides and made sure everything felt good and even. I love this location, Thank you Sir for your help!! Ask for Sir when you go in, you won’t regret it!
