I don't usually write reviews, but I had to recognize Sirjarrette for the exceptional service he provided at LensCrafters. From the time I walked in until I left, he was professional, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure everything was right. Most importantly, he helped get my vision back right. I didnt realize how much I was missing until I put my new glasses on.
It's rare to come across someone who not only knows their job but also truly cares about the people they're helping. Sirjarrette is a great representation of excellent customer service, and LensCrafters is fortunate to have him. Thank you again for helping me see clearly again. I truly appreciate it!

Literally right this review after leaving, I had a great experience at LensCrafters. Sirjarrette was super helpful and helped me find the best pair that fit me and my vibe. LensCrafters has the best customer service in my opinion!, Sirjarrette was very kind and considerate in showing me different glasses and which ones would be fit me.

Sir’s Service was amazing from start to finish. The other staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They made the entire process easy and stress-free, and I never felt rushed. The selection of frames was great, and the team helped me!

Aerhais provided fantastic service. She helped me find the perfect two pairs of glasses and ensured I had all the special features I needed including crossly coating. In fact my husband had not intended to buy glasses and he ended up ordering 2 pair. Areas is a very valuable sales associate.
On the other hand I am disappointed at the outside appearance of the store every time I come. It’s deplorable. Everything is overgrown. I’m ashamed to pull into the parking lot. Please address this concern if you expect referrals from your customers. Routine landscaping is important.

Very timely and nice people, but that's about it. Their favorite word here is "No."
Doctors are wildly unconcerned and impatient with scans (openly admitted to getting bad scans and didn't try to get better ones). Did not take their time with eye exam or quality of vision. Won't be coming back.
The LensCrafters staff was similarly unconcerned and unhelpful. Mainly concerned about collecting marketing info. The frame selection is similarly bad. Very few masculine frames, and all the frames besides that were very similar in shape, bad variety. I asked them if they could adjust my existing glasses and they refused.
They will not measure pupillary distance, nor will the doctors provide an actual signature on glasses prescription as some places need...
Unfortunately, still very worth it to see a normal eye doctor and opthalmologist, but good in a pinch.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
