- RCRusty CouchApr 15, 20211.0If it were possible to give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. I have had the most difficult time since my insurance switched at the start of the year. Today, I was told one of my maintenance medications had been "de-acticated" by mistake of a pharmacist. And now, I am unable to refill this important maintenance medication. Pathetic service! Plus, they don't scan the Kroger plus card half the time and thus defraud you of fuel points. And good luck getting the store manager to resolve anything.

I had to call six times to try and get my medication and talked to at least four different people, who all told me different things. In the end, I still never got it. I don't blame them for not having medication (sounded like a supplier error), but if I had known from the start, I could have transferred to another pharmacy. Instead, I got the run-around and had to go days without medication.
