When I went up front, she jumped out of her chair, came to the front, and started talking loudly about a balance she thinks I owe in front of everyone, but she refused to help me when I was in the back. Three customers were sitting in the front while she was talking loudly and disrespectfully which was embarrassing. After requesting to talk to the Office Manager she was very nice and understanding. The way I was treated by Joy today was totally unacceptable and very unprofessional. I am definitely considering another dentist's office with better customer service skills. Apparently, Joy does not like her Job, or she picks certain people she wants to deal with day to day. This was definitely a situation where discrimination had taken place.
