Mind you when I arrived. I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes as there was no one at the front desk to check me in. . Do better

I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. The staff is friendly and competent. They don't try to sell you services that you don't need. Their billing is accurate and easy to understand. I recommend them!
