- MSMuna SaadiApr 25, 20261.0They didn’t disclose that there was no doctor to do the exam, rather the eye test will be done the machine and if we have any questions, the doctor will answer virtually. Needless to say we deferred the eye exam and went somewhere else to get appropriate tests with a real doctor
- ESEman SroujiApr 5, 20261.0If I could give this Pearle Vision 0 stars, I would. I asked them how long the appointment would take and they stated 45 min to an hour. I asked if they could please have my appointment be closer to the 45 minute mark. Did it take 45 minutes? No. An hour? Nope. I HOUR AND 40 MINUTES later, I walked out of there with a little folder containing my prescription. To my absolute horror when I opened the folder to order new glasses, the prescription area under glasses was left BLANK. They freaking forgot to fill out one of the prescriptions I PAID FOR. I’m so upset and would discourage anyone from ever coming here or supporting this business in the future. Save yourself the time and frustration and go anywhere else.
