Terrica had the intelligence to have the eye tech to replace the right missing lens from the current glasses I own. I arrived with one lens missing and departed with both lenses secured, thanks to Terrica's politeness and professionalism!

The office was well organized, and even when there was a brief wait, the staff kept things moving efficiently by handling different parts of the appointment simultaneously. Dr. Vaishnav took the time to thoroughly address all of my concerns and performed a comprehensive eye exam, to ensure my eye health was in great shape. What I appreciated most was how clearly she explained everything. She helped me understand what was causing my symptoms, what I could do to improve them, and provided practical guidance to help keep my eyes healthy going forward. I felt great to find a doctor who is not only knowledgeable and thorough, but also cares about patient education and long-term health. I left feeling informed, reassured, and well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Vaishnav to family and friends and look forward to returning for future eye care needs.

Needless to say we deferred the eye exam and went somewhere else to get appropriate tests with a real doctor
