The front desk, receptionist, Lady, set the tone.. passing the baton to imaging. This gentleman gave detailed descriptions of every action taken, making it very comfortable while providing me knowledge. He then passed the baton to Dr. Udell. Dr. Udell examined both my eyes, reviewed my previous prescription, and provided supporting detail of my previous and current eye conditions. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I went in for an eye exam for new glasses, yet she gave me options for contacts. I hadn’t worn contacts Lenses since college due to a bad experience. Because of her, II purchased new glasses, along with Contact lenses. I must say that my visit to Lenscrafters on North Druid Hill was one of the best experiences I’ve had in a very long time. I’ll definitely be back, and even recommend this location to others. Keep up the good work team!!
