Crestview Health & Rehabilitation Center

Crestview Health and Rehabilitation Center offers facilities for patients who need time to transition from the round-the-clock care they receive in our hospital to independent living at home. The Crestview Center is state-of-the-art. It has 26 beds for sub-acute residents who no longer require intense hospital care, two therapy gyms, an Activities for Daily Living (ADL) suite, a fine dining area, and a separate floor dedicated to short-term rehabilitation. The unit also provides residents with occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, IV therapy and trach and wound care.
