Crestview Health and Rehabilitation Center offers facilities for patients who need time to transition from the round-the-clock care they receive in our hospital to independent living at home.
The Crestview Center is state-of-the-art. It has 26 beds for sub-acute residents who no longer require intense hospital care, two therapy gyms, an Activities for Daily Living (ADL) suite, a fine dining area, and a separate floor dedicated to short-term rehabilitation. The unit also provides residents with occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, IV therapy and trach and wound care.
Customers generally enjoyed the food, noting it was fresh and tasty, although there were some complaints about specific items being cold or not prepared correctly.
