  It’s changed my life for the better! The entire philosophy of yoga—building strength, pushing ourselves beyond our comfort zones, setting intentions, and working toward our goals—can be applied directly to everyday life in such a positive way. The instructors at the Buckhead location are the BEST, and the facility is always clean and sparkling. It’s a true testament to Jennifer, the manager, and her commitment to creating a place that feels welcoming, both physically and spiritually. ❤️

  Took the C2 class. It was a great workout. Would definitely recommend for any yoga lovers. Staff was friendly and helpful.

  Had a free trial. Came in and everything seemed fine at first but there were so many oddities with how the class progressed. - it was a no heat class and no class before us but the heat was pumped to high when we entered. - they do have yoga mats but they will absolutely give you moldy smelly uncleaned yoga mats with big smiles like it's normal. - it was supposed to be a level 1 class (the ONLY one available) and they ran it like an advanced class at a very high speed from the beginning. Weird since instructor asked before class and I specified I was novice. Another Asian student had to stop and just glared at the instructor out of frustration. - every demonstration was facing the side of the class with no Asians. She did say "hope you don't mind" but as an instructor, why would you ever only demonstrate to 1 side of the class? - she let us have a break for water, as soon as I stepped out of the classroom, she started the class again and continued. - she claimed the class was over but as soon as I left the studio, the music turned back on. Gremlin staff. There was no negative encounter. Just passive aggressive but clear signaling that Asians aren't welcome here. So I will never return and will absolutely never recommend this place. Cant imagine how this place stsys in business. Must be some 'special sponsors'.
