I never knew I would look forward to my workouts, but here we are! I’m a huge fan of Club Pilates. This location is so convenient for me and it has easy, free parking. The manager and instructors at the Inman Park studio are all incredibly lovely. It’s not an exaggeration to say that Club Pilates has improved my quality of life. I’m so thankful to have them in the neighborhood!

Bad experience. This was my first Pilates class and I was super excited. I got a group of friends to join (10 ppl) for a morning class. They have a 5 min grace period so as I was speaking to front desk ( 2 people ); one is a new hire ( very sweet) and the other whom might be the manager. (Rude) New hire is checking me in and the “ manager” wouldn’t let me in class. I asked if I could purchase a sock, she said no. Said I needed to be on the machine by 9:05, it’s 9:03. Then proceed to tell me that I couldn’t park my car where I did so I needed to move it; mind u it’s a Sunday and didn’t need registration. she said “ Now, it’s 9:07 , class started and you can’t go in and it’s against the contract.” This whole time I could have already been in the room but she kept saying no. I couldn’t get a refund , told me I have 1 month to reschedule so i asked for 10/04.. then was told no again…. I rescheduled for same day 12:00 class. “Manager” or whomever that lady was not there . Front desk checked me in and I had a good class with the instructor . She was amazing. I would love to take her class again but not at this studio. This post has nothing to do with the Pilates instructor but more on how the situation was handled and how I was spoken to.

I attended my first class at this location in June and, within approximately eight minutes of entering the studio, my purse and belongings were stolen from inside the studio while I was in class. I actually ended up leaving the class early after realizing I had mistakenly signed up for a class that wasn't appropriate for a first-time attendee. Unfortunately, instead of reassurance or encouragement from the instructor, I was met with, "This is gonna be hard for you sis, not gonna lie." Between that interaction and discovering immediately afterward that my belongings had been stolen, my first experience at this location was awful. Police were called and an investigation was opened. My losses and replacement expenses ultimately totaled approximately $3,800. I spent the following weeks replacing my phone, keys, id, and other belongings and documenting my losses. I attempted to resolve the matter privately with the studio and subsequently with HR, providing an itemized list and supporting documentation. After approximately two months of communication, Club Pilates ultimately declined to provide any reimbursement and directed me to pursue the loss through my personal insurance. The studio has since informed me that additional security measures have been implemented, including additional camera coverage, lockers, and a new security service. I appreciate those changes for current members, but unfortunately, they came after this incident. At the time of my incident, the studio door was unlocked and propped open, allowing people to enter the studio without being stopped. There were no cameras directed at the area where members' belongings were stored, and my belongings were stolen from an area of the studio that should have been accessible only to members and staff. All in all, this was a terrible experience. I gave the studio and Club Pilates the opportunity to address my losses privately before posting a public review, but after approximately two months, they have declined to reimburse me. I'm sharing my experience so prospective members can make their own informed decision.

Horrible place to go to saying they don’t allow “US” as in black to be allowed in the facility due to a break in as in they only allow they’re kind.

Horrible addition to an already busy area, their customers are rude, entitled and take up all the parking spaces without any thought to the other businesses and their customers. The parking is free and open to everyone but low and behold there’s never any parking whenever they are open
