Never wanted to use hearing aids. At 70 years old and having people repeat themselves all the time for me, it was time to look into them. The doctor was awesome, he took his time, made me feel comfortable, and explained everything in detail. The visit was not as scary as I thought it would be. Unfortunately I am going to be wearing hearing aids but I have a better Outlook about them then I did when I went in for the appointment.

Being told that you need a hearing aid isn't easy to accept for some. Dr. Simms was very kind, extremely patient, very knowledgeable. He made me feel like family and so did his staff. I highly recommend Precision Hearing. 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!
