- ANAmanda NicoleJun 16, 20221.0The website states that the office doesn’t close until 7pm. I got there a little after 6 and was told I needed to come back the next day. All I needed was a nose pad for my glasses. I called today asking questions and was told my issue aren't their problem. The optometrist is very good at what she does but the staff is garbage and very unprofessional. So much for helping people.
- DLDon LuckettJan 19, 20181.0Been coming here for years....never again. Staff was rude and very preoccupied with everything except good customer service. Not the place it once was and NOT worth your hard earned dollars...shop elsewhere. One star because I couldn't give one half.
- MIMichelle IJul 26, 20162.0Didn't honor my APPOINTMENT and then the receptionist had the nerve to be rude when I called them out on it. Kept giving me an attitude and rolling her eyes. Not my fault. I ordered contacts 3 weeks ago and they promised me a rebate when I pick them up. Till this day they still have no rebate and I have called just about every other day. The doctor's manager was the only employee willing to respectfully help me. But I honestly wouldn't recommend going here.
