He took the time to show me visuals of my eyes and suggested options for contacts that would be best for me and my lifestyle. Now, where I want to brag is on Roberta! Roberta was the staff member who was helping me at the end of my appointment with ordering my contacts and glasses. She took the time out of her day to help me pick the best option of glasses for me. She did not once complain about my indecisiveness, gave me honest feedback about each option I grabbed, grabbed options herself that she thought would compliment my features, and did it with a smile. She was so welcoming and so sweet. Thank you Roberta for such an amazing visit and making me feel confident in my final decision! You are awesome!
