- CRChris RoesserJun 23, 20265.0Scott, Scott, Scott. I’ll lead with that so you don’t forget who to ask for. I will start by stating that I unknowingly picked the wrong frame for my lenses. At first I was told, that’s as good as it gets. Unhappy with the response due to the cost of frame and lenses, in steps Scott. He was very knowledgeable about the types of frames and lenses fitment. He took time to explain to me why the glasses appeared the way they did and then walked me through selecting a frame to accommodate my lenses in my preferred designer brand frame. I’m not sure if he’s the top guy there but he definitely should be! With his calm demeanor and attention to detail, he has made me a customer to his location for life or at least as long as he works there!

I have been trying to order contacts since May but keep having issues. 1st, my order was canceled without my knowledge (for what reason, I do not know). I waited over a week for an order that was never arriving. After contacting customer support to receive that information, I placed a new order. I got the wrong power. So, I was forced to contact customer support again. They did not refer to my prescription and sent the order on its way. So I had to contact them AGAIN... a return was ordered by the agent and I was promised the new order would arrive in 24-48 hours. Eight days later, no replacement, I contact support AGAIN. Apparently, the brand on the order did not match the prescription. (OH, so NOW you are checking the prescription?? ALSO, why was I not told there was an issue??? AGAIN??) I was confused about this anyways, because the two orders I placed were the same brand I was given samples for by the doctor. Long story short, this company is wishy washy, unreliable, and extremely irritating. If this place is what your insurance approves for you, good luck my friend. 🫡
