- ASAli StuckeyDec 31, 20251.0Made an appointment for a flu shot only to be told that they ran out of flu shots. Condescendingly told that “there’s a lot of flu going around.” You don’t say? Maybe that’s why I made an appointment to get one. Never picked up a prescription here and never will after this. Just a PSA to let folks know that their “appointment” system is actually first come first serve and totally pointless. Oh, and they billed my insurance for the vaccine they don’t actually have in stock so I can’t get one elsewhere without paying $70. Neat!

- CSCatherine SilvermanMar 20, 20231.0Worst pharmacy experience ever. The pharmacy tech was arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional. Did not attempt to answer questions or solve problems. Did not want to be bothered to do the job of transferring a prescription from another pharmacy. He would not apply a manufacturer's coupon that would lower the cost from $300 to $25 and said the coupon was invalid. When I had the prescription filled elsewhere, the coupon was valid. I use other Kroger and non-Kroger pharmacies all the time and have never had an experience like this or a complaint.
