    My wife and I traveled from Largo, FL to Peachtree Corners, GA. for a family celebration. We forgot to pack my wife's hearing aid charger! Thanks to you folks in Alpharetta for helping us out by loaning my wife a charger for a week. You went out of your way to help out, and we greatly appreciate you for it. If you treat your regular customers the way you treated us, then you are doing Above and Beyond service. Thanks again.

    Unfortunately we were stuck with a trainee who read all the questions from his lap top. Supervisor did eventually intercede but by then, 45 minutes later, patience ran out and we walked out. Buttom line hope you have a lot of time and patience!

    I received an invitation in the mail for a free hearing test as well as a discount towards the purchase of hearing aids should the testing show that they would be helpful. So I went to Miracle Ear yesterday for my free testing. Fortunately, I was in the normal range. But I do want to mention that is very informational as to what happens should you begin to notice changes in your hearing. Mr. Bezabih certainly know his business and was very kind and patient. I had not had a hearing test since I was a child. After answering some questions, Mr. Bezabih did not dismiss me but did proceed to conduct the testing (I think he was pretty sure my hearing was ok based on our questions and answers) - but he did not make me feel like I was wasting his time and he remained professional even after the results were in. I was very pleased with my experience and felt posive after leaving and wanted to reommend Miracle Ear to those who may be worried about their hearing. If you are not familiar with what happens to a person who loses their hearing and does nothing - Google it! It is serious stuff. Thank you Mr. Bezabih!
