- MJMichael JeromeMay 7, 20264.0Respectfully, and generally with gratitude for everyone there over the years. I've been using Kroger Pharmacy for decades. Had a question because a pill ive been getting for over a decade is now smaller. Wanted to make sure it wasnt a dosage mistake. The response "maybe it just seemed smaller". Im looking at 2 pills, again that ive been on for YEARS. Maybe it just seemed smaller? OK, youre right. Im delusional. Sorry for asking. Also, get these people some help. They're clearly overworked and consistently frazzled keeping up. I understand margins are small, but these people deserve to be able to give the pharmaceutical advice and care they've been trained for. P.s. how can you not have a staggered lunch? You have to close down altogether in the middlenof the day? Wha?!?@?@?
- MLMichael LauryDec 6, 20251.0Went to pick up my meds here today via the deive up window and someone named Ashuda assisted me (probably got her name wrong). I went to pick up one of two prescriptions. I had to give the pharmacy employee my DOB 5 times before she got it correctly, I had to tell the same employee at least 4 times that I could not hear her over the Mic and they did not learn to adjust and speak properly into the Mic. After all of that and me telling her exactly what med I needed, she argued with me about not picking up my other med, reminding me that my Dr knows what is good for me. WTH???? These are the types of employees Kroger is hiring these days. I called and tried to speak with a manager about this but none were available. They also tried to pawn it off as the employee was trying to get confirmation that I did not need it , but not buying it. I told the employee multiple times that I was only picking up one named prescription and to put the other back on the shelf and her comments were after that.
