The staff gave me a lot of time, I never felt rushed or ignored. I don’t think I would have gotten as much help had I done this online. I highly recommend this store.

That would not have been an issue if they had a working phone. I called twice to try and confirm if they had what I needed with no answer. The manager explained that the phone does not work. I just don’t understand how that’s acceptable in 2026. Dying chain for a reason.
