I filled out all the pre-screen information and provided my insurance. I drove over an hour to the location and had trouble finding it because the gps leads you around the corner. After circling around looking for it, I finally found it but there was no parking available. Once I was able to find parking and make it inside, it was 20 minutes past my appointment. When I got in, the receptionist told me Dr. Boyd had left. She said I should have called but, I was driving and using gps so didn’t quite have an opportunity to google the number. I find it rude they didn’t at least try to call me before the doctor left.
