However, my visit to ACE Dental in Alpharetta today has possibly changed my perception, at least for this office. I scheduled an appointment for an exam and tooth extraction. The entire process from beginning to end was wonderful. The office itself is an inviting atmosphere, and the staff is exceptional. The gentleman at the front desk is so kind and professional! I felt that the explanation of the procedures, as well as what my insurance covered versus my out of pocket expenses, were well done! Dr. Robinson was very compassionate and extremely knowledgeable! And Simone, Leenu, Judy and Nikki are outstanding! I have finally found my new dental office!

They told me I had cavaties and bad gums and needed all this work but when I went to a more well established office, I suddenly had no problems. My mom also went here and her crown was messed up, leading her to need a TOOTH IMPLANT! Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE! What a scam

But this was such a good experience, I appreciated how every person took the time to explain the process and the health of my teeth. All costs were explained up front with no hidden fees. I look forward to future appointments with them!
