- PPPhil1 day ago1.0Went to Dr Wrenn for several months for my back but never helped. This wasn’t the upsetting part. Paid out of pocket for services 100% but Sara in the office didn’t submit my claims to my insurance immediately and when I went to other doctors the same year, I had to pay above my deductible. Now Sara has filed the claim a year later and my insurance paid them in full. They got double paid but will not return my overpayment. Very dishonest!!! Will never use Dr Wrenn’s office again. They owe me around $400.
