  WOW! From the first time I contacted the Audibel Hearing Center & made an initial appointment; I was treated like a VIP. The receptionists Kimberly & Brittany were both super friendly & offered me water or coffee each time I visited the office. ( I hope I got their names right). Audiologist Jeff Brown ( no relation) was one of the most courteous & knowledgeable people within his field! He treated me like royalty, spent the time necessary to explain every facet of my hearing loss, & educated me thoroughly about my hearing aids, in their operation & maintenance. I was extremely impressed with the entire process & wouldn't hesitate to recommend Audibel to anyone who needs help with their hearing loss.

  Dr. Jeff is pleasant and welcoming. When my husband wasn’t feeling well, he was extremely kind.

  My wife and I went to Audibel in Zephyrhills for my hearing consultation and were very pleased with how it went. Jeffrey Brown is very thorough and explained everything in full detail and answers all questions to your satisfaction. Highly recommend.

  For starters, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable Jeff made my daughter and me feel thru the whole process. We were impressed enough to recommend him to anyone in need of his expertise. He made things easy for us to understand. Looking forward to follow up sessions.
