- RBRobert BostickMay 9, 20261.0Went into office on 4/18/26 the receptionist was very nice, doctor was ok, the tech I sat with to measure the glasses was not very friendly. I was told I would get the glasses in 2 weeks. Called just before the 2 weeks, was told no glasses, maybe next week, called next week, was told no glasses maybe next week, and you guessed it no glasses. I was told the glasses didn't pass inspection. Called back on 05/08/26, phone rang and rang, finally had to leave message. They returned the call but I was at work, they left message same old story, so I tried to call back to speak with someone and after 3 times of it ringing and ringing then going voicemail they finally answered. I asked about the status of my $800.00 + glasses and was told that a tech would have to call me back to explain. The tech called and said that the glasses were shipped and to check back once again the following week, I stated that if I don't have the glasses by next week, I would need to speak with some about a refund so I can find a company that I can get some glasses from. She abruptly and rudely stated they do not give refunds. I told her that if I do not receive my glasses, they will be refunding me, her response was "have a nice day" and the hung the phone up on me. My question is simple what happened to customer service??? I am waiting one more week as requested and then her Manager and I will have a discussion about this and how a paying customer was treated . Once again the young lady at the front desk was extremely friendly and the tech has a chip on her shoulder and believes that treating customers this way is good business. What happened to customer service???!
