- CCCarolFeb 18, 20255.0Krystal’s sculpt and flow class at YogaSix is by far my favorite to attend! She’s challenging and encouraging and always wants you to do your best. She always gives modifications for any exercises that may be too challenging! She is the best!

The instructors and staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the clientele comprises a broad range of ability, making the experience all the more comfortable for those of us who are newer to yoga. I joined Y6 in an effort to manage stress levels after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, and I have been really encouraged by the positive impact on my overall wellness. (An added but unexpected bonus was the significant change in my breathing; I didn't realize how shallow my breathing had become over the years--I can now easily take deep breaths!)

From the room, lights , music , the staff , the community ! Tasia is the manager and she is so knowledgeable and so kind ! Everyone at this location is above and beyond! The studio is so clean! They have everything you need to crush your fitness goals !
