Rec'd conf text and email 2 days prior. I responded Yes. Received TY text. I show up for my 10am appt & am told it was canceled. I never got any notice by phone, text or email. I was told they cxld because I was the only appt for that day. Do no Dr showed up. They never called to apologize or resched.

Melissa made the process of receiving my prescription easy and quick. As well as picking out my frames and transitions. Lily helped me the day I picked them up, a week ahead of schedule to note, and I was taken care of in less 10 minutes. Lovely ladies, great experience. Thank you!

Nyesha was amazing starting me with the puff machine that I hate 🤣! Dr. Ortiz was amazing starting! She listened to my concerns and I felt great walking out! Def recommend this location.
